Low Day

So I wrote that last blog a few days ago, I just haven’t had time to post it till now. Funny how things work, because I now feel very capable of expressing my down points to you. And today is definitely one of those down days. I feel awful, I am being attacked by the devil. I haven’t been able to get up the last few days to spend time with God in the morning. I’ve barely been able to get up and pray for the people on my list. Then I am mad at myself because of that, and then it seems that everything else can get me down! I realize how often my thoughts are not positive and how dependent on God I am, which takes me all the way back to the beginning of my problems, not being able to get up in the morning. Sigh. A low day. Tomorrow will be different, right? Thank God that He gives us a new day everyday and we can start afresh! Please pray for me. I hate low days!! Sure, who doesn’t? But I know I’ll be okay because my God doesn’t abandon me. (see I told you I was an optimist, even when I am low I try to focus on the positive :0)

Pray for us here in Beré we are always under attack, remember:

“For we are not fighting against people made of flesh and blood, but against the evil rulers and authorities of the unseen world, against those mighty powers of darkness who rule this world, and against wicked spirits in the heavenly realms.” Ephesians 6:12

Hey Sonya! We were just talking about you yesterday! Terri, Kristin, & I were up in Knoxville for an ALL Staff day and Charlaine wanted to know how you were doing. Father Ragan was interested, and, I think, impressed with your commitment and passions. I say all this just to let you know we are thinking about you and praying for u. Also, Terri wanted me to let you know that she thought two of the women at the ALL Staff day were sisters because they both had their first names written on their name tags and then the word "Seton" underneath.

Seton is one of the programs of Catholic Charities.

While Terri may not have known this, her first clue that these women are clearly NOT sisters is the fact that one of them was 30ish and the other 70. I guess she missed that observation. No one laughed harder than Terri. ;)
